Their years together have combined team work, knowledge of lending and love of working with their clients to achieve the goal of the best loan products and quality experience available to their clients. Time away from the office and their mortgage practice finds Claudia with her family, cooking, or gardening
Amanda Gooch is the Mortgage Consultant for Julia Borst’s team at Guaranteed Rate. She has been at the heart of Julia’s Operations Team, serving clients since 2005. As the supportive role, she guides both purchase and refinance transactions through the application process, underwriting and closing to ensure that each customer receives the absolute best service in the industry. Her passion for life explores food anthropology; she can be found sourcing ingredients, teaching, and creating dishes using Ayruveda and Chinese Medicine.
Tracy Ellis is the Sales Assistant for Julia Borst’s team at Guaranteed Rate. Tracy is the newest member of the team and handles a wide variety of responsibilities. From event planning to answer the front desk phone calls; she enjoys helping out from start to finish on anything! In her spare time you can find her out on Utah Lake enjoying the sunshine or snuggled up with a good book!! Just recently married, Tracy and her husband reside in Saratoga Springs.
